Option + Enter does not remove a locale

Just as the title says. I can't remove a locale by using Option + Enter.

Well, I tried to remove a default locale, and I tried to add a locale and remove. Neither one worked.

I have same issue. So I edit ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred/Workflow Data/carlosnz.timezones2/timezones.txt directly.
