Ignore is not working

First of all , thanks for the effort. We appreciate. But I can't get a lot of things to work. I've been trying to tweak the code of the package but no much progress. Essentially what I'm trying to do make the tags not in the custom Rules or _commonMarkRules be ignored. But for some reason it has this weird behaviour then I found out ignore parameter might not be even working

Ignore: ["ins]

This doesn't skip the ins tag. It completely removes and I'm tryna figure out where. Please if u see this respond. A lot of people really using this stuff Or anyone that can help
