Black screen laptop when connect external monitor via type c port

Hi @jaromeyer, i'm having a problem when connecting to an external monitor via USB-C port, no matter attach the cable before or after boot to Big Sur. It's still regconize 2 screen but my laptop screen will only in black, cannot be used and even still black when i'm disconnect the external monitor. Need to restart to get it gone. Do yo know why? Thanks,
