Update manual install instructions for theme

For the latest version, putting the CSS file in the Vault root folder doesn't work.

The manual install steps should be:

  1. In Obsidian, open Settings->Appearance->"Open snippets folder" icon under CSS Snippets
  2. Move/Copy .css file into the snippets folder
  3. Click "Reload Snippets" icon
  4. Activate switch to apply snippet.
