m3u8 is playing but not working after skipping if mpv is enabled in player option

m3u8 is playing but not working after skipping if mpv is enabled in player option

we are able to play m3u8 but if we skip then in background its keep downloading but not playing/streaming if we disable mpv option then its working fine without any issue

note - I am using .strm and on that adding m3u8 link
