Reorganise the settings and other UI adjustments

Currently all the settings keep piling up every update, and with the next one having a lot of player settings added, I think the entire settings tab should be re organise. My proposed organization:

1. I think Language is part of appearance, maybe should be merged into "Language and Appearance"?
2. Users servers and addresses should stay the same, but maybe move users to the top bar next to search like the official app? Making it more compact (example attached). (And not settings related but speaking of the top bar, it's kinda repetitive of the bottom bar. Should there really be two places to tell you what tab you're in? Maybe replace with a jellyfin/findroid logo and or a greeting to user in home screen (like "Welcome Back, [username]" ))
3. Device and downloads have one and two settings respectively, maybe merge into a general "Device and Downloads" or just "Device" settings?
4. Cache should be part of device settings as well, and if not then it's weird it and offline have no icons.
5. I can't remember if it's an open pr to auto move to offline if cant connect to server, but if it is merged offline mode should move to network as it would be less frequently used than now.
6. I'm not really sure how to reorganize the player settings, butsomething needs to change as it's far too full to use. Maybe parts should be collapsable? I'm not really sure tbh. Like should PiP home gesture not be under gestures rather than under PiP and enabling/ Disabling PiP be it's own setting? I'm honestly not sure so I'd like a second opinion on this.
