Video Player Gesture Customizability

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The video player gestures are "hard-coded" and there is no way to change them.

Describe the solution you'd like A settings page where you can add / remove / modify the player gestures.

Describe alternatives you've considered The only way now is to edit the source code and recompile, and the end user will never do that.

Additional context Like I mentioned in #466 comments:

I think the best way to implement this is to create a settings page for player gestures - list of default gestures, and give the ability to remove / modify / add from that list.

Each gestures can be represented like this:

• Tap Type - Double tap / Long press
• Location - Right / Middle / Left / All
• Action - Action to perform

Just a thought: Now that the android-tv branch has been merged, we should also consider remote buttons when connecting gestures to actions.
