Add option to collapse 'Next Up' and 'Continue Watching' into one row on the home screen

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to display Continue Watching (in-progress) Items and NextUp Items in the same row on the home screen.

Describe alternatives you've considered This is purely a subjective proposal, which you can take or leave :)

Additional context In my mind both 'Continue Watching' and 'Next Up' exist in the same space....I see it as "pick up where you left off" with both items, so I think it'd be nice to have the option to put them in one section.

Note: I'm not sure how I'd recommend that these items be ordered amongst themselves. You could combine the Items from /NextUp and /Resume into one list, but: Items from /Users/{userId}/Items/Resume can be sorted by UserData > LastPlayedDate, but Items from /Shows/NextUp?userId={userId} don't have a date that can be used to sort.

In theory, you could query the LastPlayedDate from the Previous episode of each NextUp episode, but that seems messy.

Maybe the cleanest option is to just list 'Continue Watching' items first, followed by 'Up Next' items?
