Playback controls still working when going into all apps view

When playing media and swiping up from the middle, I always skip my playback. And sometimes even change the brightness and volume when swiping. It should lock when you are getting out of the app.

Here's some of the behavior. It's quite annoying when you swipe up fast and it slips halfway through or when it works when in the multi app select view.
