Refresh actionbar buttons

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way to modify the actionbar after pell init ?

For exemple i load pell after the user choose a type of text in a select and I would like to load different actionbars depending on the user choice in the select. If the user choose PDF I don't want him to insert links but in E-mail type I would like him to be able to.

Any idea on the feasibility ? any ETA ? any idea on what I should go mod to make it possible easily ?
