New navigation mode and some small changes

Hi, I really like this extension. I missed the feature to be able to search for words beginning with the typed character. So if you type 'A' all words beginning with this letter are marked. This PR is about this feature. I also changed the way how the document is scanned to support the original and the new command. Thanks, Marcell
