Working on https://github.com/h44z/wg-portal/issues/551 - And for proper functionality, I'm missing the peer status - Latest Handshake, Endpoint, Rx,Tx, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

For the API to support current peer status for the peer/peers or even tunnel/tunnels endpoints.
