Libpulse not found

When I run ninja -C build it says ninja: Entering directory build' ninja: error: '/usr/lib/libpulse.so.0.21.1', needed by 'libglava.so', missing and no known rule to make it`. I'm on Pop!_OS 20.04 LTS.
