[Feature Request] An upgrade that emits a redstone signal ONLY when full

As opposed to the current three redstone upgrades that give off varying levels of redstone power depending on the drawers' fullness.

I know it's already achievable using vanilla comparators, but in the interest of keeping things compact it sadly takes up too much space to have a wall of fully-functional drawers flush against each other.

~~Failing that, would it be possible for a drawer with the redstone signal upgrade to trigger the side of a comparator by itself? It takes up an extra block using a redstone dust/repeater, and I'm all for getting things as compact as possible.~~ Nvm, I was overthinking something.

It'd also be great when using this with Refined Storage, when most of their blocks run on either redstone on/off mode.
