[1.16] Drawers voiding stuff when full/no slot of the same kind

There isn't a void slot. There's been a fix in one part of the IItemHandler API implementation so you could see if it's still a problem in the latest build. (I realize this report was 9 months ago and may no longer be relevant to you)
