When extracting from Drawers with cyclic item pipes it duplicates items

ive tried most other item transfer available in 1.15 and only cyclic seems to have this problem. here is a link to the issue on their tracker. doesnt seem to be a SD issue https://github.com/Lothrazar/Cyclic/issues/1405

this exists with pretty pipes and storage drawers in 1.18.2 as well
