[Enhancement] Allow drawers to face upwards

Feature request: I'd like drawer labels to be able to face upward

Reason: I'm playing a lot with mods like create, and my production lines are horizontal. As such, It can be tedious to find a disposition where all the drawer labels are visible

Thanks for the suggestion! This is currently not trivial to implement, as it would involve doubling or even tripling the amount of allowed positions that the drawer block can be in. The current implementation would require a significant overhaul to make this possible. Realize that when a drawer faces upwards, it also still matters in which horizontal direction it is facing, so "up" means 4 different orientations, the same goes for "down".

While this is currently not possible, you might like to look into alternative designs for your drawer networks. For example, why not connect a drawer controller IO rather than a drawer, to your farm, and using some trim lines to connect it to a more centralized drawer wall/network in a place where you can offer access to the side of the drawers?
