Compacting Drawer with Creative Vending upgrade not working with RS/AE

Modpack version 1.12.0

Mod Version 1.16.3-8.5.1 and 1.16.3-8.5.2

Bug Creative vending upgrade in compacting drawers causes certain items to not be able to be extracted through refined storage.

Step to reproduce

1. Compacting drawer with creative vending upgrade
   

2. Electrum ingot
   

3. External storage to Refined Storage system (on controller or drawer directly)
   

4. Attempt to get items through refined storage (doesn't work)
   

5. Pull directly from drawer (works as expected)
   

In addition, this also doesnt work with Applied Energistics, Integrated Terminals, RFTools Storage Scanner. Pipez item extraction does actually work

NOTE: This got submitted to the FTB Modpack Issue tracker and after testing it with the latest version of Storagedrawers the issue still persisted. https://github.com/FTBTeam/FTB-Modpack-Issues/issues/803
