Allow renaming episode filenames from feed information

Some podcast networks (fireside.fm, simplecast.com, ...) save episode files with random (seemingly hash-based?) names, that are no use to episode ordering on disk. In such cases it is desirable to rename the files based on their episode information from the feed.
