LocalAlpaca translation is broken

Hello. Translating through Local Alpaca on the latest version of oobabooga webui doesn't work, it just gets stuck and nothing happens, you have to restart webui. Translation via google is working fine.

Thanks for response! For custom tweaking translation I recommend https://github.com/janvarev/OneRingTranslator - there are a lot of custom options. It supported in multi_translate
