How to setup?

I've ran swift build but it says "error: Could not find Package.swift in this directory or any of its parent directories."

I'm using pods on this project, not spm

do I need to setup anything on the plugin settings somewhere?

Some syntax highlighting is working but autocompletion doesn't work even for true etc
