Translating Problem

Hi i try to translate some Plugins into Polish but i have still the same Problem... it's to hard to explain and i really dont know how to translate it in english. I need something like a replace code that is compatible with the alarm plugin. It should only interact when it finds the specific word and replaces it with another. Can someone help me?
