self.ask() fails over split 3G/Wifi

When calling self.ask() in a plugin, having moved from a 3G connection to a wifi link, the connection will be recreated and SiriServer will treat the client as a new connection, losing what was being asked. The most common way to recreate this is to load Siri as soon as the device is woken up and before a wifi link has been established.
