No way of disabling audio

I have the same issue. It looks like that the MediaManager set the `AVAudioSession` active when it is [initialised](https://github.com/Baseflow/XamarinMediaManager/blob/e2cbe991ffccec9afcf0bd7a21b898ee7651c8cf/MediaManager/Platforms/Ios/Player/IosMediaPlayer.cs#L89).
