Scroll sections with one mouse wheel turn

Hello! I'm looking for possibility to scroll sections like they have: https://www.razorfish.com/ Basically: one mouse wheel turn produces one section scroll.

Currently I'm using this template: http://scrollmagic.io/examples/basic/section_wipes_natural.html

Is it possible to modify it so sections will scroll as I have described? Thank you.
