Including a Readme, allowUnknownTags in conf.json and --lenient in command line not function

I use

Readme.md file and i want include it (http://usejsdoc.org/about-including-readme.html) and pass the url into arg tag but not function

allowUnknownTags in conf.json not function (http://usejsdoc.org/about-configuring-jsdoc.html)

--lenient in command line not function (http://usejsdoc.org/about-commandline.html)
