documentation for the generation of blocks.marshal.gz

Hi,

Could you please document how you obtain the file in the data/ folder? For example, I was wondering if it was possible to reproduce it from the unicode data provided in the Debian package unicode-data (Content viewable here: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/unicode-data)

I would need to package for Debian this gem as a dependency of the kramdown-rfc2629. But the marshaled gzed data file is not the preferable modifiable form, and I wish I could regenerate it from data already available in Debian (or even better be able to make the library read these data directly, without having to store a second copy).

Thanks a lot for your insight.
