Feature

this extension should show up as an editor of cvs files so that it can be set as the default editor of csv files which enable users to open csv files by double clicking them

@JackDjTom Adding a option to open csv-Files automatically in the editor tab would be fantastic.

I experimented a bit with this, but I find it a bit annoying, because when you close a table, it automatically reopens it (if the automatically opened file is be the same csv file).
