Missing OCR context menu

Good Day Community, I am running the latest OCR app on my Nextcloud. As before I tried to open the context menu to do the OCR but I don't see any entry. What can I do about this?

I have this issue also. This app sounds like it's easy to install, just enable from the app store. But there must be a dependency on tesseract to be installed on the server first. Even that didn't work for me.

NC 18.0.6 Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS

@duesseldorferjung I found there is a setting in NC Settings (admin) that is not mentioned anywhere. You will find OCR in the left menu and you need to select your preferred languages.

I have set mine to English and doing so does not resolve this issue, but I suspect it is needed anyway.

It is missing for me, too. Changing the language settings does not resolve this issue for me and deactivating and reactivating the app did not resolve it either :-(

Oh apparently pdf files are no longer supported. Too bad :(
