OCR 4.4.5.

IMO it would be useful to provide a progress bar or any sort of information - especially for large documents. the spinning wheel is not sufficient as it could mean

  • still working or
  • crashed in the background.

I am not aware of a crash that won't stop the progress and show an error. So the app shouldn't ever crash silently in the background. A progress bar is quite hard to build. The main reason for this is, that the files (if multiple selected) are processed in parallel. The parallelism is quite hard to combine into a speaking progress. I will have a closer look at the problem, when I have time.
