Parameters for builds empty

Hello,

With the Version ghprb-1.32.1 we encounter some problems with the parameters view of the builds:

When opening a build, the "Parameters" Menu entry occurs a whole lot of time: screen shot 2016-05-23 at 14 13 40

When clicking on any of those links, the parameter list is empty. Also API requests get a NPE when trying to access any of the parameters that should be there. screen shot 2016-05-23 at 14 13 59

We worked around this problem by downgrading to 1.31.4

As a side note, if you don't have any parameters set at the top of your job config, then the parameters will be empty.

In one of my setups, specifically sha1 is not getting set and always filling in with the default
