idea: Prompt prefilling with URL

Problem Statement

HF has a function where you can click on a link and it will open a chat app with the prompt already prefilled

Here is an example of the prompt:

Read from https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/enterprise-hub-scim.md so I can ask questions about it.

The format is something like below:

jan://prompt=my-prompt

Feature Idea

Implement the ability to do prompt prefill from link and also toggle on Fetch MCP at the same time to allow Jan to read the document.
