idea: Integrate a new provider, Chutes.ai

Problem Statement

I tried to use "Add Provider" for https://chutes.ai/app but it didn't work.

Feature Idea

There is a new and free LLM backend API. They mostly serve full-size DeepSeek models. It would be nice to have them on Jan too. https://chutes.ai/app

Their API is similar to OpenAI. If you could make Jan treat some providers as if they were OpenAI, I think that would work.

hi @songyang-dev can you show us your set up? If chutes.ai is OpenAI compatible, it should just works because my default we assume all custom provider follow OpenAI convention.

users can add OAI-compatible providers anytime but jan won't officially whitelist this (for now) unless more users request
