task: Github board management automation with AI

Currently, poor Yuuki is having to do all the manual labour of recording what everyone is doing and make sure the Github board is up to date manually. Let use AI like an AI company should to fix all of this problem:

1. Yuuki can ask the AI for summary of what a group of ticket number is about when a member mention them => automatic summarization of daily task
2. Yuuki can ask the AI find in what state and which milestone a ticket is in right now on the fly, so it is easier to search for them in stand-up
3. Yuuki can ask AI to quickly create new milestone and assign or re-assign a ticket to a different milestone on the fly

Ideally, one day, Yuuki will join the rest of the team in a meeting, the AI will record the meeting, transcribe it and do all of this Github automation for us.
