idea: Improved HF search

Problem Statement

Currently you have very limited options to browse in models in Jan. LMStudio has a great UI for looking up models by family names.

Feature Idea

LM Studio has the best in app search of models I've seen (better than HF!) but key improvements Jan should implement in additon:

Filter by dates (since h/d/w/m/y, date range , model size, base model family, param size, model uploader, quant type, etc

This should be prioritized in 0.5.19, since we work on new engine provider, the legacy hub need to be replaced by a new one (move off cortex to a new provider)
