bug: Logical inconsistency about privacy

Describe the bug Sorry, if this issue should not be a bug, but something else.

On FAQ page you clearly say:

Do you use my data?
No. See our data and analytics policy here.

Do you sell my data?
No. We don't even track your data. Jan is yours.

But when I opened the Privacy Policy page, I was shocked:

Data Collection and Usage
When you use Jan, we may collect certain information about you, including your name, email address, and other personal information that you provide to us. We use this information to provide you with the best possible experience when using our app.

What is this? How would you explain that?
