Describe the bug Using the latest nightly build Jan v0.4.3-141, Inference Parameters displayed on new thread with Openai GPT model

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Selecting any Openai GPT model and create new thread
  2. Observe the setting under Model block with Inference Parameters

Expected behavior When dragging the slider, the number should updated accordingly
