GGUF path handling with periods is incorrect

On my Windows machine, TinyLlama inferences properly, but the model is not properly stored as .gguf format due to the period in the model title.

This is the old model file naming convention, addressed in the nightly build, which keeps the original gguf file name. cc @Van-QA
