feat: Add GPU % to System Monitor

Problem The System Monitor lacks a GPU % monitor.

Success Criteria Include a GPU % display to the System Monitor, in addition to the existing CPU % and Memory % displays.

Additional context The GPU % display would be handy to see that Jan is using the GPU properly and to see how busy it is.
