bug: Failed to fetch on Mac happens after initially working

Describe the bug From user: I also get this after a few minutes of chatting. Am on latest Mac software, M2, 16gb RAM, 1TB SSD. Occurs with 3 different models, all 7B or under. Have followed the guidance on the website but still happens. Have tried Nightly build. Same problem. Otherwise really loving Jan

Yes, works for a bit then the error. I'm out at the moment so will have a look at the developer log when I'm back home. Thanks
