feat: Users can disable high level analytics

Problem Give users 100% privacy and freedom over their data.

Even though we only track downloads and app is opened high level events, we need to give users the open to even turn those off and go completely dark.

Success Criteria A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

• Users can go to settings and perma-disable all analytics
• Link to docs (see 1232) which discloses specifically which high level events are tracked.
