Make focused merging tool directly update the segmentation

When "completed" is checked, the tool will use this operation from the DVID "labelmap" data type's API:

POST <api URL>/node/<UUID>/<data name>/merge

That operation will also directly update the "tarsupervoxels" data instance, with the meshes for the supervoxels of the bodies.
