Allow to create rules to convert identifiers into links

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have added custom identifiers to my books of various websites of that book or series. Currently in the book details it does show up the created identifiers but it links to something in /stored/somebookide/id or /page/id depending on where the book info was opened. In calibre you can define some rules to allow these identifiers to link to an website.

Describe the solution you'd like If possible read the set identifier rules or allow us to recreate them in Calibre-web, mirroring Calibre. So when the users wants more information they can click on the shown identifier and then linked properly to that website.

Additional context In Calibre under book details you can set up rules to convert identifiers into links.

I came here with the exact same request and am wondering why this is being completely ignored? Was it solved in another issue maybe?
