Include author in fetch metadata request

since there can be books with the same title I think it would be a good idea to include the authors name in the search query when trying to update metadata. Currently it only uses the books title which is not very accurate

I second this but I foresee a problem. For books with long titles, appending the author to the end of the search string would mean that it would be ignored by Google and others. If this is to work, then the author would need to be at the start of the search string, which again, would cause problems with books with multiple authors. It would be good to have a search option "include author" rather than changing the default behaviour.
