Replace file if the same format is re-uploaded

Thank you for your work on Calibre Web. It's become an essential part of my life, and I am very grateful it exists.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the case where you have a book with a single format, it is not possible to replace the file (whether its corrupted, or updated with a higher resolution version, etc). The only way you can do this is to delete the entire entry, which causes metadata loss.

Describe the solution you'd like A simple flow where, if the format is recognised as the same, Calibre Web should confirm replacing the format, then overwriting the file on disk.

Describe alternatives you've considered The alternative would be to allow for books without any formats, which doesn't make sense. Another would be to expose a "replace file" button for each format that exists.

I use Calibre Web for RPG-PDFs and those update quite frequently when new rules errata have been included.
