alternative for gulp

gulp does not work for me in proper way. This is an alternative for gulp to resize and name the featured images automatically. Just run the script, then copy the generated images to assets/img/posts.

Hey @nhat-thien , thanks for this seems like a nice alternative indeed! Could you please just move the resize.sh to script folder and update the script so it would work from there? There're some other bash scripts there, so I think would be nice to just keep them all there.
