[feature requests] annotations/thresholding mode and request to accept config file for gui settings

Hi Jan,

In using the DAS gui for annotating recent data, I thought of a few features that would be very useful that I wanted to suggest. (I understand that some might be tedious to implement or may not be particularly useful for the majority of users...) Here they are sorted by perceived ease-of-implemention:

1. Allow arbitrarily small (up to limit set by sample rate) smoothing window under thresholding mode parameters: currently, the minimum smoothing window size that can be entered is 0.0001 s. Otherwise win size can be set to 0.0000 (usually unhelpfully peaky).
2. Let threshold line in thresholding mode display y-intercept
3. Display duration of annotation (previously mentioned in issue #35)
4. Permit opening selected segment of a file (start seconds to end seconds)
5. Allow gui settings to be set by a config file (also mentioned in thread under issue #35): with the addition of the very useful option to change waveform/spectrogram viewing parameters, there are now additional settings one must manually adjust if defaults are not suited to the use case.
