Unable to play books from Libby / Overdrive

Has anyone been able to play Audiobooks using the Libby service? I am able to successfully authorize the service, but every time I try and play a book, I receive an error "Action can't be performed". I haven't been able to find a log file anywhere to dig into it deeper.
