Add support for putty

I need someone using putty to test it. Maybe @milimetr88 ?

On the putty-rebased branch I generated these from putty.template. You just have to insert the registry entry each theme, you want to change, so I generated all four, then just inserted/screenshot/insert screenshot next theme etc.
