Add CocoaPods for Installation

A project I am working on had JTAttributedLabel pulled in but was one of the few libraries not managed by CocoaPods. Figured I'd remedy that.

Thanks, until the commit 8f7dc74 looks fine to me, after 44a6caf it looks like now the demo project always requires cocoapods in order to run.

"UINibDecoderProxy" is actually not needed for production, we can remove it if that cause a problem for the cocoapods integration.

I have big problems working with cocoapods, let me know if the current push works for you.

I'll fix the Podspec when I get back in front of a machine
